My Story
I LOVE SCENTSY! I'm not going to tell you why you should buy or why you should join as that is totally your decision.
Scentsy is the safe, wickless alternative to scented candles. These electric warmers plug into a mains supply and gently warm a food grade wax at a low temperature by a hot plate or bulb to release beautiful fragrances. By warming at such a low temperature there is no risk of burning materials, children or pets!
I discovered Scentsy myself nearly 11 years ago when I had my first child (i now have 2 little monsters) She started reaching for my candle jars which I knew she could badly burn herself on and then I noticed a huge soot mark on my wallpaper...I started to worry what the soot in the atmospehre was doing to our lungs. Once I tried it I was hooked- starting off with 1 warmer & soon i had one in every room of the house!
I have since made lots of wonderful friends through this and I love all the support and genuine thrill we get from Scentsy.
So this is whats happening...I joined Scentsy in August 2016 and I am loving my jorney. I promoted to Director 4 months later and now have an ever growing and amazing team! I am now a STAR Director which is incredible-1 stop away from the top of the company-little old me eh?! Scentsy is growing rapidly and I'm trying to keep up with the demand as the brand becomes more known and more and more people fall in love. I'm ALWAYS looking for more help! . . I am LOVING every single minute of this journey and the potential is huge. It makes no difference how close or far away my team are to me as we are a TEAM that COMMUNICATE, SUPPORT and have FUN together. Thats the greatest part of this for me...seeing my team bond together and become friends as they support each other. Each achievement they reach is a thrill for me and we celebrate it together. As a leader i understand not everybody wants to grow a team, some consultants want to just do it as a hobby and fit it around their life, others want to soar to the top and build teams of their own. I make sure those that want to develop their leadership skills are encouaged and trained to do this and those that only want motivating to look for sales or ideas get what is needed for themselves. Im not into pressurising..thats what works so well with our team.
